Pink And Red

I was deciding how to put my "love notes" together today while in my continuing effort to clean up my completely disgusting art studio. I opted for little glassine envelopes, not the book that I had envsioned, but I am still thinking on it. Still trying to get the new scanner to see the computer. Too much bending over, crawling around on the floor and dust. Also got my Beautiful Use objects purchased and wrapped. I am a little excited about the "beautiful" thrift things I found to send off ;)

I finally made one! My quick version of a champagne cork chair. It will now live with my other chairs.

And while cleaning up the studio, decided I should put up some paper lanterns on the ceiling. Pink and red for this month's theme of love, anniversary, Valentine's Day and D's birthday. We say "Casino Royale" and both loved it. The opening credits graphics are worth the price of the ticket. D says this is the best James Bond, a man's James Bond. I think he is right. (Note: M got caught in theis photo with his broken collar bone, holding his arm up and I was just discussing his very sagging "sagging" pants. ;) A discussion I seem to have everyday with him. I can't wait 20 years from now, when they will say "what were we thinking?"

It's also the lunar new year on Feb 18. Your lanterns are perfect to celebrate that as well.
The LOVE project is turning out beautifully.

I actually saw a guy riding a skateboard with his pants around his ankles. I always wondered how low the pants would go. :)

I love your lanterns - I especially love that you change them up depending on the season or holiday.

Thank you for sharing all the love.
