I pulled my knee out of whack yesterday and spent the day laying down, with elevated knee. Ran across this amazing video, A Dream Delivered: The Lost Letters of Hawkins Wilson. A letter written by a former slave looking for his family and sent to the The Freedmen's Bureau. I cried while his descendants read his letter.
