Illustration Friday -- Rejection

I have been witnessing this heart-breaking phenomenon for some time now. Dads leave a family for a new life (wife) and forget the first kids in favor of the second chapter. I get so mad when my friends recount these distressing stories. This image comes to mind for Illustration Friday's rejection challenge.

Great idea-sad but a great take on this weeks theme. I have experienced this a couple of times now. It gets old.

Great collage work!

I really admire a illustration that is not only beautifull or attractive, but that encloses a very interesting concept or probelm of life...Nice work!

I've been seeing it lots in my life, too--great illustration--captures that kind of estranged feeling.

Um, let me know how we can get my husband to leave me high and dry.

Better yet, could I introduce him to some of your newly single friends? He'd make a great stepdad.
