That time to dream

When we first started gardening, 18 years ago, plant catalogs delivered in the gloom of January always made me dream of what was possible for the coming seasons. Now you can browse most of them online.

Trying to figure out if I can prune my Carol Mackie Daphne that has become a straggly mess.

Ran across Botany Photo of the Day, where I spotted this amazing plant that has little blossoms on it's seams of the segments ... nature is surprising.

Do I really have space for more? I would really like to have a "Endless Summer" hydrangea, sounds heavenly.

For fall, I really, really, really want to replace some existing bushes with the Burning Bush.

Where could I put a shoe hanger for herbs like this great idea?

And I dream on.
