Illustration Friday -- Jazz

Illustration Friday this week is Jazz. But could be a combination of last weeks prompt of Sorrow when it comes to Billie Holiday. She embodies both. My first thought was Louis Armstrong, but this piece was so wonderful, I could not have said it better.

Later: Thank you everyone. Your comments are kind, wonderful. Thanks to Bille for being my favorite blue note.

Beautiful. I like that you made it round, and the colors are creating a good mood.

Really lovely, Kim.

I saw a piece with your byline the other day - an illo about sick pets. It was fun to see it and know your name.
