Katie's first wedding anniversary was last month. Her wedding was held in her parent's backyard, and was a spectacular event. She had this huppah made from antique linens. It was the perfect wedding.
Thanks for the kind words about our wedding, Miss Kim...I've gotta give the props to my mom for hand sewing all of the hankies, doilies and pieces of lace on there. Of course a project I had planned to do myself ended up being a little too much for me. :)
I look for the beauty in nature, patterns, the ordinary. This is my place where I save wonderful discoveries since 2004. Please contact me at kimberlycarney AT hotmail DOTCOM.

You've gotta check out these fabulous lantern embroidery patterns. Also, see her needlepoint portraits.

What a lovely momento of your wedding - especially if you incorporate it into your home's decor.
