Do you have an idea how to collect all of that oil from the spill? Document your suggestions!

On the pipe that is ruptured, Use an(L)shaped elbow breach cover casing connector that is 3 to 5 times longer than the end with a reducer on the under end of the (L) connector. This will reduce and restrict the flow of oil that is spewing out of the ruptured pipe.
You will have to use a mechaical robotic arm to attach the (L) elbow connector to the ruptured pipe.
On the reduced end of the elbow you can connect a smaller casing pipe to send the spewing oil to be capped off on the surface.
It will work if you have the tools. bencummins03@yahoo.com
