Ironman was featured on NBC today and I cried through most of it! There are so many uplifting stories of the people who compete. The Hoyts. Jon Blais, competed last year with ALS, is in a wheelchair this year unable to compete. But Brian Breen is competing in his spirit. Sister Madonna Buder, the 76-year-old nun, this is her 20th Ironman! Ironman FAQ. Each of their stories of how they train, what inspires them, got there, are worth thinking about over and over. Watching makes me want to be a better person.
