Adding color

I saw these wonderful shapes in the backyard and decided they needed some (color) attention!  ;)

Wonderful weeds

I think some of these things I find in my yard are weeds, but wonderful ones. Identification: Weed Photo Gallery. Common Lawn and Landscape Photo Weed Identification. Weed Science. The most hated weed in my yard is Hedge Bindweed. Not pretty.

Dried beauty

I found this lovely fern image at The Graphics Fairy.

I discovered these lovely dried leaves in the parking lot near my class at Port Townsend. I think sometimes I am much more comfortable with dried plants and branches than I am a room full of people ;) I quickly made them into silhouettes.
