I know I have blogged about his artist before but I can not help myself to mention him again. Luke Jerram creates beautiful works of art in glass inspired by disease, viruses from a microscopic point of view. And they are extraordinary.
Breathtaking!!! I can't tell you how many microscopic forms in anatomy class I've thought I'd like to run up in fiber and beads. His glass viruses are beautiful and amazing. Some microscopic tissue looks like Victorian wallpaper. Life imitating art?
I look for the beauty in nature, patterns, the ordinary. This is my place where I save wonderful discoveries since 2004. Please contact me at kimberlycarney AT hotmail DOTCOM.
