Enjoy Every Sandwich

Time Goes By has a wonderfully sad and inspiring piece on Dr. Lipsenthal book, Enjoy Every Sandwich. Dr Lipsenthal died last September. Very inspirational. I have to say, I think about death a little more lately.

Thanks for that link, Kim. Thought provoking and timely. This morning I heard news of the death of a friend who was just diagnosed with esophgeal cancer the week before Christmas. I think I'd like to read the book.
