I used this one for a tag. Cut around Santa, punch a small hole. Hi-res here. I fit several on one 8.5 x 11 page. It really doesn't take long to cut him out.

Vintage Santas, Free Tags
I found these Santas to use as table decoration years ago. Print him out on a heavy stock, cut around the Santa, use an Xacto knife to cut a slit to put guest name or greeting then wrap the green base around and tape inside. Hi-res version here. There are a couple of sizes on Flickr, look under "all sizes".
