We had to do something similar to this in one of my design classes in college. It is surprisingly simple to do with the right tools and dead-still air.
That reminds me - I re-financed my house last year, and the mortgage guy has a quote from me on the front page of his website: "Thank you so much, you just increased my monthly shoe allowance by $230."
