Ok, so I'm really stupid, lol!,,, but I can't figure out how to get the sign. I went to the website, and I just don't get it. I want to participate!!!

I was not aware that Korean whaling was an issue. It hasn't been in the news where I live. I thought Japan was the only country doing major whaling (in which case a Japanese sign would be more useful than Korean).
