David says it is close to being interviewed to adopt a child. We are going to meet "Lills" tomorrow and see if we fit the bill ;) for new adopted dog parents.
She's a cutie! I know what you mean about "adopting" a puppy...we had to go through all sorts of hoops to prove we were capable and approvable to get our pooch. So far, after 8 years, he's still alive.
